My name is Steve Cox and I am a licensed mortgage banker and Branch Manager of Waterstone Mortgage: The Stonebrook Group based in Boise, Idaho. As a Mortgage Banker, I am dedicated to working for you as my customer, not the mortgage lender. I employ my extensive knowledge and experience of the residential mortgage industry to search the market and find the best financing available for you and your family. I am a native Idahoan, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Boise State University. My mortgage experience began in 2002 and I have since dedicated my time and focus to achieving the highest in customer satisfaction and providing sound mortgage planning advice. I have achieved the Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist designation from the National Association of Mortgage Professionals (NAMB) and served as past President of the Idaho Association of Mortgage Professionals (IAMP). I am committed to the NAMB Professional Standards by providing an honest and ethical mortgage experience. My success in this marketplace, which includes the entire Treasure Valley, and throughout Idaho & Washington, is due to my unmatched level of service and understanding of the mortgage industry and my customers goals.
