I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Jason Ames and I am a Home Mortgage Consultant with Waterstone Mortgage Corporation in Boise, ID. My 15 plus years in the mortgage and real estate industry give me the combination of knowledge, understanding and education that allow me to efficiently handle my clients home lending needs. I earned a place in Bank of America’s prestigious Chairman’s Club, an honor reserved for the company’s top 5 percent of loan officers nationwide. I was also recognized by Spectrum Financial Group as one of the Top Ten loan officers in their company.

My greatest joy comes from assisting clients in their biggest financial transaction of their lives. I truly enjoy answering all questions and ensuring the most positive experience for all buyers regardless of their past mortgage experience.

My philosophy centers around one thing, relationships. The relationships I have and maintain with my Realtors, referral sources and past clients helps me to remain focused on what is truly important to everyone, honesty and customer service. The goal with every client I have an opportunity to work for, is to make a lifelong relationship. With these relationships, I earn true loyalty from my clients and success in the Real Estate business.
